With over 20 years of experience in tax preparation and public accounting services, Dan is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant specializing in small business taxation.  Dan has built a reputation for providing meticulous and personalized services to a diverse clientele, ensuring compliance and optimizing tax strategies.

Throughout his career, Dan has demonstrated expertise in navigating complex tax codes and regulations, helping small businesses maximize their financial potential while minimizing tax liabilities.

In addition to his specialization in small business taxation, Dan has extensive experience in government and nonprofit accounting and auditing. He has worked with various government entities, ensuring transparency, accountability, and adherence to stringent financial standards.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oneonta State University and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New York State Society of CPAs and New York State Association of School Business Officials.  He is committed to continuous professional development and staying current with the latest industry trends and regulations.

Steve Locke

Steve is a dedicated and highly experienced Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of comprehensive education and hands-on experience. Providing tax, accounting, and consulting services, Steve has built a solid reputation for delivering tailored solutions to a diverse clientele, including individuals, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations.

He graduated from SUNY Brockport with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2012 and became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in 2016.  Steve is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New York State Society of CPAs.
